As a Career Advisor and talent management professional, I apply strategic insight to help clients build meaningful careers through skill development, goal setting, and tailored guidance. My approach cultivates resilient, adaptable workforces that are well-prepared for evolving industry demands.

In public safety, I have developed and led initiatives to create secure, responsive environments within educational and community settings. My roles as Director of Public Safety & Facilities Management and Director of Emergency Management strengthened my expertise in operational leadership, emergency preparedness, and crisis response.

Through proactive planning and effective safety protocols, I’ve fostered environments where communities can thrive safely and confidently.

Community engagement has been at the heart of my career. As Coordinator of Community Partnerships and Director of Student Involvement & Leadership, I bridged academic institutions with external partners to foster inclusive, dynamic campus cultures. My commitment continued in my role as Deputy Director of Parks & Recreation, where I designed and led programs to enhance community life, cultivate connections, and encourage active participation.

My career has been shaped by impactful leadership across the recreation, education, and public safety sectors.

In Parks & Recreation, I served on the board of the Massachusetts Recreation and Park Association (MRPA), where I dedicated myself to fostering growth and community engagement. I contributed to strategic planning, enhanced brand visibility, and led technology initiatives to expand outreach and impact.

In Education, I served on regional and state advisory boards, including the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA), championing campus safety and student development. My involvement in public safety groups helped establish best practices and standards to create secure, supportive environments for students.

In Emergency Management, I served as a board member with the Massachusetts Association of Emergency Management Professionals and in an advisory role within the Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency (MEMA). Through these roles and committee work, I advanced initiatives focused on community resilience and emergency preparedness.

In my personal time, I’m an avid lover of the great outdoors, often found 'Airstreaming' across scenic routes, hiking through breathtaking terrains, or paddling a kayak in tranquil waters. Whether setting up camp under the stars or swinging a golf club on a sunlit green, I relish every moment spent outdoors. No journey or adventure is complete without the company of my loving wife and our spirited Therapy Dog. Together, we explore, travel, and make every escapade memorable.
